Located in Lara, Victoria, adjacent to a shopping centre, this playground has proved to be an asset to all, including parents!

The symmetry+ play system was specified for the main play unit, which utilises White Cypress timber as the main structural element. This particular unit was enhanced with splashes of orange to achieve the architectural look required.

Special effort was made to ensure that the play unit roof matched the nearby shelter. Translucent orange Plexiglas acrylic sheet was used, creating an orange glow over the platform. Incidentally, this is the same product which is used on the sound barriers of the EastLink tollway in Melbourne’s East.
