adventure+ is excited to introduce the new Cubby units to our ever-evolving playground range.

Packed with activities, these cubby units are designed to excite and engage young children for hours. Standing at around 1.5 metres high, these units have been scaled to be the perfect size for toddlers and younger children. Our designers also consider visibility and access for carers. This cozy design provides the ideal refuge for toddlers and children with special needs from a fast-paced buzzing play space.

Each side of a cubby unit is packed with sensory play opportunities to engage and delight young minds, including ball mazes, noughts and crosses, number puzzles and more! Sensory play is typically considered to be play with a focus on texture, but it includes much more. Encouraging children to engage their senses through touch, sight, and hearing helps develop children’s threshold for different sensory information.

All designs also include an internal bench seat to encourage social interactions and sharing in a passive area.

Customise and make it your own

These fun-filled Cubbies come in 4 different design variations: a cafe, shop, castle, and fairy house. Each design offers customisable colours to match your project’s theme or existing equipment.

The primary material used is HPDE, and colours can be selected from our extensive colour range. If you’re looking to create a natural look, we have a range of subtle colour schemes to consider, including grey or brown. Or, if you’re looking for something vibrant, there are also options available in bright colours such as red, orange or green.

Built to last in Australia

Whether installed in a community park or early learning centre, play equipment needs to be designed to bear the brunt of constant use and vandalism. As with most adventure+ play equipment, the Cubby Play Units are made here in Australia. If vandalism occurs, we are ready to back you up to ensure your play space gets back to normal as soon as possible.
