Vibrant Family Play Space

The design and construction of the playground at Cairns Reserve, Hampton Park was a part of the City of Casey’s annual playground replacement program. Following consultation with the community, adventure+ worked with City of Casey to design a variety of vibrant play equipment that provides a place for local families to enjoy.

Large play space including a large combination play unit and steel frame rope structure.

A modern and inviting play atmosphere

The play space is divided through the centre by a concrete path, with a large combination unit on one side, a large pinnacle+ rope structure on the other and smaller play activities including a swing, spinner and rocker placed throughout the space.

The council specified the colours of the play space to be grey, black and orange to give a modern yet inviting atmosphere. As part of the project, adventure+ also supplied the shade sails, undersurfacing and concrete border.
